Executive Chef Alex Guaman created a menu of dishes using the finest seasonal, local produce. Each day  Chef Guaman also prepares a multitude of specials, taking advantage of exotic flavors only available during that time of the year. He spends the mornings hand making our pastas, desserts, and of course the focaccia bread. ~Enjoy~
